I'm in the Army and I’ve been diagnosed with Degenerative joint disease of the Spine and herniated disc of my C-5 and C-6 vertebra and given a P-2 profile where I can’t run or do pushups. My husband and I were renting it to a friend of ours, but we received a letter from the condo ociation stating that we were not in compliance with the by-laws which state we can't rent the unit. That's a very effective ointment for most minor eye issues. One thing you can do is put a strip of it on your finger tip, and use your finger to put the ointment in his eye (you may need your other hand to hold his eye open). This way you don't have to worry about poking him in the eye with the metal tip of the tube. You need to use a pretty good size strip though, not a tiny one.

So , seeing as how food prices are starting to go through roof , with things only getting much more expensive this year , how are you going to cope? I've long thought about trying to get into a personal chef-type business , but more along the lines of showing people how to use their money wisely when they shop . Wouldn't people rather spend 3 or 4 $ and get a gallon of good soup instead can-o-crap ? Talent Agent scams money from people and traps them in contract! What do I do?

I signed with a guy named Micheal D. Fields from MDF National Talent. I feel SOOO stupid! I paid for these photos because I was told I had to in order to receive work and signed a contract. The photos ended up being done by Micheal Fields (who at first said he was the talent agent) and with his digital camera. The photos are REALLY BAD. Now I'm stuck in a contract that I have to pay $5000 to get out of! And I haven't gotten any work and it's been months! I've found a ton of bad reviews from online, some with the same story as mine... some are A LOT worse (I consider myself lucky) and I can't believe he has gotten away with the things he has done to people for so long. What do I do to get out of this contract early so I can find my own work without having to pay him a percentage AND not have to pay him $5000? Christians, I am a believer also, and so before you attack this, please listen to what sense of literal I mean. This is a huge misconception of both believers and nonbelievers. Christians will say something like, "The Bible is literally true"; but what does that mean. The one thing it absolutely cannot mean is that what it says, that is, every word is meant to be interpreted in a literal sense--for there are whole books of symbols (Revelation, Ezekiel, Daniel etc)--as well as the gospels that are loaded with parables, which are metaphor and not literal. Its not meant to be interpreted literally, but BELIEVED literally. Whatever it MEANS is literal; NOT whatever it says. There is a distinction. Everyone who has ever been married will understand the difference between what we say and what we mean--they are OFTEN not the same. It is the proverbial "Let's go out to eat--you pick scenario". She says she's ok with your choice, guys, and then she seems like she is not! The problem is when she says "Yes, that choice is OK" she really means "why didn't you choose a place that we both like and where we can have good conversation! The secret of woman, men, is that they are intuitive and pick up on body language and emotion better, and therefore, speak INDIRECTLY and often not literally meaning what they say! They ume that you are the same and therefore you should know already how they feel. But men are not. They are direct and to the point--no questions asked! The Bible can be mysterious, as women to men and vice versa, because it does not always mean what it says! IT always means what it means! It always says what it says! It's very rare for a woman to get pregnant while on her period. That's not to say it hasn't happened before, but usually when it does, the egg has already be fertilized before the flow began. It's complicated to explain, but it is definitely possible. The chances are, however, lower when she's on her period than during other times of her cycle, but it can still happen. Pretty much anytime a woman has unprotected , there is a chance she'll become pregnant, no matter what time of the month it is.

the best thing to do is do your research ahead of time, find out the make model and year, and the price, then get on the internet. A lot of big dealers will have a website on the internet, do some price checking, and see if you find other dealers with the same bike. A friend of mine and I looked for his bike, we lived in an area than had some big dealers 50 or 100 miles apart. We finally found the bike he wanted, for the price he wanted. It takes time, sp patience is the key. and if you are putting down all cash, that's a bargaining chip, if you are financing you are less likely to get the price you want. All dealers will deal some, but remember this is what they do, so patience is the key. If you ask for accessories, at least be familiar with the other deals available, and what the accessories are, and if the accessories are not something you can use then don't get them.

None of them is an upgrade from Hunter. This is only his 3rd year in the majors and his BA is .293 over that time. This guy has major talent. Cameron is a multi-talented player but he just can't hit for average. A lifetime BA of .253 for a guy who can hit 20+ HR's and can steal 20+ bases is a shame. But it just isn't there. Adam Lind have extreme possibilities, but he is more of a gamble than Pence. Span, Young, Guillen, and Byrnes just aren't as talented. Guillen is a close second to Pence but Hunter will p up all of guillen's stats. Lowell is a great 3B. He plays with heart and is one of my favorite players in the game. But in fantasy, you have to put those feelings aside. It's just about numbers. Same with Encarnacion. They just don't put up the numbers that Hunter will. Keep him.

I am having trouble with updating my (legal) copy of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: The Shivering Isles to version 1.2.0416. When the update is trying to update the "Readme.txt" file in the Oblivion directory, I get an error message that says, "Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match." If it might make a difference, my copy of Oblivion and Oblivion: The Shivering Isles are part of the "Game of the Year" compilation edition. I am from ireland currently living in london, i am with an irish bank called 'ulster bank' which i think is possibly the worst bank in the world, recently i have moved into a flat and needed a bit of extra money to pay my deposit and first months rent so my bank gave me a �600 overdraft as i had a �4000 claim coming to me in a few weeks, they asked me to pay of my overdraft off on the 21st of october which i agreed to, but since i have received the overdraft it has been one thing after another and i had alot of debts to pay out and ended up with no money left including the �4000 , i am now debt free and i havent got a job but i still have to pay the 600pound, yesterday my bank rang me and said, 'Your overdraft is being withdrawn tonight at midnight, how are you planning to repay the funds' , i replied 'im currently really struggling with money bills and was wondering if we can sort out a payment plan' in which she replied in the rudest tone ever 'noway, you will now be ped onto collections were they will probably send bailiffs to your home' when i argued back she began talking to me like a 5 year old when i was only asking for advice, will collections come to my home or will they give me a payment plan??? So, i have been talking to this guy who we will call Jacob. Jacob has been texting me for a while and he says he really likes me. Well, my ex says he has a girlfriend and i thought he was just trying to make Jacob seem unavailable. Well, i told Jacob the whole conversation between me and my ex and it turned out Jacob did have a girlfriend. What NYC high school should I go to?

I am going into 9th grade and I can't decide where to go. My options are Bard, Stuyvesant, and Brooklyn Tech. I was a straight A student in middle school, and took advanced cles. I never studied in middle school, it all just came to me. I am willing to work hard to go to one of these schools , but I don't really want to have no life and be studying all the time. I am also worried about sleep deprivation. I do not enjoy math, although I am good at it. English is my favorite subject. Location is not a problem with any of the schools.

Help! my mother-in-law is driving me crazy! My hubby had an appendectomy and is in the hospital.?

He is doing great and can get out of the bed, walk around and feed himself fine. However, she is being so overbearing and clingy as if I can't take care of him. She tries to spoon feed him when he can do it himself. When I try to give him a hand up out the bed she bulldozes her way in front to help him and leaves me in the shadows. And the most weird thing is when he first got out of surgery he would not pee in front of her in his portable urinal. Heres my story: I'm 20 and in college right now, I have my own house and car. I am white, 6'5" and I've been obese for most of my life (weigh ~340lb now, with my height... yeah, big dude) and I've pretty much become 100% antisocial. Personality wise I'm shy/quiet, reserved, honest, independent, laid back and easygoing. I spend most of my time outside of school (cl/homework included) on my computer watching movies, browsing the web, playing videogames and I don't go out much (a good Friday night to me is taking shots alone playing videogames). I've never had a girlfriend or even been on a date, I have a few close friends but after 3 years of college I haven't made any new ones (they tend to go away after the school years over). The closest thing I had was meeting a girl I met online, she was cute and I liked her, we hung out like twice a week for a few weeks before my semester ended and we moved apart. She never really started texts etc with me; only responded to mine. We texted abit over the summer and planned to meet the first week of the new term, but she didn't come and I never heard from her since. Real depressing. Since then I haven't tried to meet anyone new, I feel that nobody would want to get to know me and so I don't make much effort to know anyone else. This whole things just depressing me more every day as I see friends/roommates/couples being happy and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Is it purely my weight? Then acceptance of where you are at right now. If nothing changes, nothing changes. Work first toward paying off your debts as best you can, making sure you have your basic needs met, like bills paid and food in the house. Do what you can with what is left. Do not wrack up any more debt. Many of us have been there, some still there like yourself. We all have sirvived and you will too. AND Stay away from gangs! Pay them only what you can, and never ever see them alone. If need be talk to a police officer about this, so you will remain safe. Life will get better, it always does and having periods of ups and downs are a huge part of this life. Find some things that are good in your life, do new things and put your acting career on the shelf for a little while, until you have straightened out and can afford to pursue it. Watch the sunrise/sunset and know this is only a temporary glitch and will be only a memory in a few years, maybe less. Borderlands-Made in New Haven Glitched Achievement?

I have spent ages doing every single plot mission, side mission, claptrap rescue up to the point where i get to the salt flats. But the Made in New Haven achievement didn't unlock after i did them all. I even bought the official strategy guide before hand to tick off all the missions I'd done. I have since checked and double checked and I have done all listed missions so far but still no achievement. Will it eventually unlock? If so when? Could it be something to do with the disc? (coz there is a shiny line running around the edge for some reason). Please help, I don't want all my free time to have gone to waste.
