Should I apologise?

Basically, I went to a party last night and well, as usual I had a few beers too much and I tried getting close to this girl. We didn't do anything but like she was sitting on my laps, we were discreetly holding hands and well she probably understood that I wanted to sleep with her. I didn't make it obvious but I meant it inexplicitly. Anyway, we're quite good friends so it's not really much of a problem. But anyway should I aplogise to her and tell her that it was because of the alcohol etc.. or should I just forget about that?
