Hi, have been doing 30 dips, 20 crunches, 30 counts of flipper kicks, 20 push ups, 3 times a day after meals..?

what muscle group am i excercising? is it better before meals? this regime alternate with 2km swim everyday and martial arts lesson twice per week..am now 1.8m and 80kg..is it ideal? thanks
