Need help for my studies. Help me please!?

I am David, 18, i'm Togolese but i live in Dakar (Senegal) with my parents.Because of some financial problems i am looking for help.I would like to get a scholarship to pursue my studies.I've been searching and asking for scholarships and financial aid since last year in different universities but i didnt get anything yet.So i just wanted to know if anyone could help me please.
