Will getting two C's in high school effect my chance of getting into University of San francisco?

I just finished my junior year in high school and I got a C in AP Biology. My sopre year I also got a C in chemistry. I have a 3.5 College GPA and I'm aiming for an 1800 SAT score. Will my two C's affect my chances of getting into USF nursing school?
