What's expected out of positions?

3rd base is just as important as shortstop and all the rest of the positions. Its true that ss might have a few more responsibilities then others, that's why I prefer to put my best glove there. As a coach you have to put your players where they have the best chance of helping our team win games. That why versatility is real important because this player can play anywhere.
