Weird lump inside shoulder?

It's a little pea sized lump that's under my clavicle bone and towards the end of my shoulder (if that makes sense). I've had it for a month, maybe more--I don't keep track of time. Should I be worried? It's not painful, but it seems a little bigger than before. Do I need to see a doctor or anything?
