I have another baking question! Baking experts please help!?

Definitely refrigerate it, hon. It's going to be great....just follow the recipe and don't get too anxious about it. Oh, and make sure to protect it from an odd taste by making sure the fridge is clean or the pie is covered. Happy Thanksgiving from one baker to another!!!!
