Need the title of 3 old sci-fi movies. One had a scene where a woman's decapitated head was talking in a lab.?

Her head was in the middle of a steel table. The 2nd was about small people walking on the moon then they chanced upon an astronaut's empty suit. The 3rd was about people from the future who were attacked by hairy monsters that looked like the "It" character in Adams Family but with the size of wookies and they were scared of fire. I can't remember if these were movies or from a TV show. These probably were made in the 60's or 70's. I am aching to see them again for I had nightmares of these scenes since childhood. Best answers will cure my nightmares.
