Is my doctor trying to kill me?

THAT'S CRAZY!! I would get something to the hospital and get another doctors opinion! If that doc tells you the same thing let him/her know you wish to be monitored for the 14 hrs you need to fast ! Normally a doctor will have you fast if you are going in to surgery or if they need to see how you body reacts to it. but i would deff go and get another doctors opinion.
