Should i call him out on it or leave it? please help?

Call him out on it. This is someone who you trusted and who you thought respected you - so what's his problem? You should just ask him what is it that you have done to make him behave in the way he is, because it can't be very nice for you, I'd imagine it feels like an open case and really unjustified.
