Should I send the email to my ex?

He dumped me hastily, long story, but he over reacted and it was not a good reason. We have already sent a few angry emails to each other. I've been writing this heartfelt letter to my him so I can find closure. I never intended to email it to him, but now it's done and it sounds really good. Do you think I should send it? Will it just annoy him or do guys like emotional letters?
