Overdraft problem????????

I am from ireland currently living in london, i am with an irish bank called 'ulster bank' which i think is possibly the worst bank in the world, recently i have moved into a flat and needed a bit of extra money to pay my deposit and first months rent so my bank gave me a �600 overdraft as i had a �4000 claim coming to me in a few weeks, they asked me to pay of my overdraft off on the 21st of october which i agreed to, but since i have received the overdraft it has been one thing after another and i had alot of debts to pay out and ended up with no money left including the �4000 , i am now debt free and i havent got a job but i still have to pay the 600pound, yesterday my bank rang me and said, 'Your overdraft is being withdrawn tonight at midnight, how are you planning to repay the funds' , i replied 'im currently really struggling with money bills and was wondering if we can sort out a payment plan' in which she replied in the rudest tone ever 'noway, you will now be ped onto collections were they will probably send bailiffs to your home' when i argued back she began talking to me like a 5 year old when i was only asking for advice, will collections come to my home or will they give me a payment plan??? NO SARCASTIC ANSWERS PLEASE
