What is with all the hate filled remarks in the Jewish book, the Talmud?

Does it really say that Jesus was born a and his mother, Mary, was a harlot (Mishna Yebamoth 4,13)? Does it really say that that Jesus practiced black arts of magic (Sanhedrin 1076), and that Jesus is now suffering eternal punishment in a boiling vat of filthy excrement (Mishna Sanhedrin X, 2)? Is this true?
