How to stop windows from opening up cmd on start up?

I recently recovered my windows 7 now every time i start it opens to command prompt(Looks like safe mode ex:big mouse). the only way to get around it is when it starts up it asks me what to boot. (Windows Rollback) or (Windows 7) if i dont choose windows 7 within 1.5 seconds it automatically chooses rollback then goes to cmd prompt then nothing happens... how do i disengage windows rollback thanks
